Complaints are an important area of everyday life. They help us get the services we want. They help staff to tailor support to those who use services. But surprisingly few people with a learning disability know how to complain, or even know that they can. We support people with a learning disability to understand when to complain, how and who to.

We train staff to put the correct processes in place and to provide ongoing support to the people who need it. Our complaints training is primarily aimed at the following groups of people:
